Kisha Caddle has over 18 years of experience in the accounting and corporate services industry, with expertise spanning administration, human resources, payroll, accounting, taxation, and corporate secretarial services. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London, is an ACCA Certified Accounting Technician, and has a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
Her diverse educational background also includes an Associate Degree in Culinary Management and a Certificate in US Federal Taxation, through which she supports U.S.-based clients with tax obligations. Kisha’s experience extends across a wide range of client portfolios, managing payroll systems, statutory compliance, and corporate governance processes with precision and professionalism.
As Director of Corporate Services, Kisha oversees the firm’s internal HR function and provides strategic administrative guidance. Her grounding in law, human resources, and financial systems allows her to deliver a balanced, people-centered approach to leadership and client service.
