He began his career in audit and accountancy before spending two decades in the financial services sector, where he led teams in financial reporting, internal audit, accounting standards implementation, and investment portfolio management.
At Moore TT, Marlon manages and guides a team of professionals in delivering accounting and corporate services to clients across diverse industries. His expertise includes policy development, financial modeling, and risk management, supported by an MSc in International Finance from the University of the West Indies and certifications in Financial Planning and Credit Union Management.
Beyond his professional role, Marlon is passionate about promoting financial literacy and enjoys exploring global cultures and history through travel.
